Social, Spiritual, Mental, Economic and educational development of target communities through empowerment, income generation, mobilization of local available resources and organizational capacity development.

Objectives:

• Development of technical human resources for organizational development.
• Organizing workshop, trainings and social awareness campaign for empowerment and capacity building of target communities.
• Organizing issue based programs in order to be ensured on education and health rights of women and children.
• Advocating for reducing social, gender, caste, religion and economic based discriminations.
• Implementation of various programs in the partnership with GOs and I/NGOs for the community development.
• Economic up liftmen of target communities through income generation activities.
• Promotion of alternative energy, plantation, and organizing social awareness for environment conservation and health improvement.
• Organizing micro enterprise development activities especially in agriculture and forestry sector.
•  Organizing micro saving and micro finance related programs for transforming people towards entrepreneurship.
